Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is considered confirmed.
For custom jewellery, production and gemstone sourcing will normally begin after the order and payment have been confirmed.
Custom Jewellery
DYLEEN FASHION offers both Semi-Custom and Fully Custom jewellery.
Semi-Custom
For selected designs, customers may be able to:
- Choose a different gemstone while keeping the same setting
- Adjust the ring size where applicable
- Choose the setting colour from available options, such as Silver, Gold, or Rose Gold
The available options may vary by design.
Fully Custom
Fully custom jewellery is created specifically according to an agreed design, reference image, specifications, gemstones, and materials.
Before production begins, we will confirm the important details of the design with you.
Once production or custom material sourcing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Natural Gemstone Availability
Natural gemstones are unique and may be sold to another customer while a custom order is still being discussed.
We cannot guarantee that a particular gemstone will remain available until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
If a selected gemstone becomes unavailable before production begins, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.
Customer-Provided Designs & Images
For Fully Custom orders, customers may provide reference images or design ideas.
By submitting an image or other material to DYLEEN FASHION, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that material for the purpose of discussing or creating your custom jewellery.
DYLEEN FASHION does not claim ownership of designs or images that belong to customers or third parties.
Where a custom design is developed by DYLEEN FASHION, our original design concepts, drawings, photographs, descriptions, and other original creative materials remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property Rights
