Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dyleenfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color where available. Contact us before sending any item back to confirm availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
